Kindness on the road

The Italian Movement for Kindness was born in the year 2000 on inspiration of the World Kindness Movement, with a primary cultural vocation, oriented to the specific issues of our national reality: interest for the protection of the environment, for the world of childhood, adolescence, the needy, the sick, the elderly. for the respect of the rules and for all the problems of contemporary society.

The Movement has focused mainly on young people, like those who are more receptive than others and ask to be helped in their human and civil formation.
Today, after many years of commitment, the Movement is pleased, once again, to collaborate with a group of teachers of secondary school to deal with the topic of the first approach of the children with the urban environment, in which they begin to move independently.

To put it briefly, we want to consider it the first chapter of a civic education program, the first step to open the hope for the creation of responsible, kind and correct citizens.”

Have we ever really reflected on the power of kindness?
On how many things can change, for the better, in our lives and in those around us? It takes very little to fully grasp a series of benefits, ranging from the quality of relationships to simple physical well-being.
Benefits that we often waste only for wrong lifestyles, where kindness is eclipsed.
Rough ways complicate life in the long run and make it unsustainable.
On the contrary, the small daily gestures, inspired by good manners, strengthen ties, make tensions fade, make those who receive them happy.
As a user of the road You will certainly realize that on the road, even more than elsewhere, the correctness of the behavior and the respect of the rules are of fundamental importance. But kindness, understood as the will to act well, can give each of us that extra step that will help us to be a precious example for everyone.
